We are seeking an Assistant IT Technician to join our dedicated IT team and play a vital role in supporting staff and students across our two college sites.
As the Assistant IT Technician, you’ll be a key member of a small team responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support services across the college. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries and fault reports, using our support desk system to log, action, and track requests through to resolution — ensuring service levels are met and users are kept informed every step of the way.
Your duties will span both of our college sites, and your ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly will be essential. The role includes shift work, including some Saturdays, to ensure comprehensive support coverage.
